Follow the sound of my heartbeat.
Before Longshot, Robbie and Miyuki had left for camp, Alison had politely, but firmly asked Robbie and Miyuki to find fun diversions in camp. Lengthy ones. She wanted her husband all to herself at least until sunset.
It took about an hour to organize, but when Alison finally retired upstairs, the lights were out and the shades drawn on all the floors. The only illumination came from tiny, floating candles in shallow water dishes placed on every other step on the stairs. One the landing of each floor, she had placed an item for him to find.
On the first floor, at the bottom of the stairs, a CD copy of his favorite French singer's newest album was tied with a gold ribbon. A tag attached to the ribbon read, Follow the lights.
On the second floor, a package wrapped in shiny red paper and silk ribbon. The tag read, Don't open this yet.
On the third floor landing, a second package was wrapped in white, shiny paper and ribbon. The tag read, Not yet. Keep moving.
On the fourth, two long-stemmed wine glasses waited for him.
The candles continued up the stairs to their bedroom. Inside, dozens of red candles of every size were lit in containers all over the bedroom. Spread out in front of the balcony doors was a soft fleece blanket. Several covered dishes were set out on it and two bottles chilled in a bucket of ice.
The tiny, floating candles created a path from the door to the bathroom where rose scented steam rolled out from under the door. Inside, Alison was sitting on the edge of the filled bathtub in a red silk robe. She drew small circles on the tile at her feet with her toe and waited for her husband to arrive. Hopefully, it would be before the food or the water got cold.

Once she was on her back, he pulled away to slide off of her. He ran one finger along his erection, not quite believing he was quite so hard. He was, and he shivered from that touch. He eyed the clothing still on her and growled at it.
He pulled them off none too gently. He hoped they didn't rip because he wanted Ali in them again, but he didn't particularly care at the moment. Longshot was too busy grabbing her legs and getting into position anyway he could. He wanted her legs resting against his shoulders as his hips slammed forward.
He groaned as he buried himself in her.

Alison's groan matched his when his hips met hers. She'd wanted him wild and unrestrained and she was definitely getting it. Her hands found grips on his arms and held on tight.
With her legs over his shoulders, there wasn't much moving she could do, so she lay back and let him take her however he wanted.

Satisfied with positioning, he grinned ferally down at his wife. He had been waiting for awhile. Patience was not a virtue to him. He started a medium rhythm that couldn't go faster because he was pushing in hard and deep.
no subject
She couldn't say so, though, because as soon as he picked up his rhythm, all thoughts were gone from her mind except how badly she wanted him and wanted more. She growled softly and her nails dug lightly into his arms as she clung to him.

SHE GROWLED!
He didn't think it was possible, but he got himself going faster. He let gravity help his downward thrusts. His hips smacked down into hers. But he didn't rest. It was back up to do it again.
He growled. Za's Vid, she felt so good...

Her back arched and she pressed harder up against him, fighting to hold onto him as each thrust threatened to shake her loose.
"Oh, god," she gasped softly as her eyes fell shut and he head lulled back against the blanket.

He had his wife underneath him and he was getting everything. With the next down thrust he had to pause. He pressed hard against her with a grunt and spread his feet out farther. Then he picked the rhythm right back up.
He was going to choke on his own tongue with how deep he was getting. Only thing he needed was Alison getting loud. And he was not going to stop until he got it.

They were alone, surrounded by flickering candles and the scent of roses... if there was a reason to control herself, she couldn't see it.

His fingers dug into the blanket beneath them. Their combined weight kept the parts he was grabbing at least near to the floor. He pulled down a little lower. He was not letting go until he got a song out of Alison.
His hips kept the rhythm like clockwork until his arms sort of locked. Then Longshot no longer had any control. His thrusts became frantic and powerful. He was teetering on the edge...
"Alison!"
no subject
She almost missed the sound of her name on his lips as she reached her climax, her eyes closed and she howled his name.
no subject
His spine felt like jelly as he carefully backed away to let Alison's legs down. He carefully guided her legs to land softly on the blanket before he used the last bit of energy he had to crawl over beside her. He flopped down beside her and cast an arm over her waist.
"Love... you..."
There may have been more words, but he didn't have the breath at the moment.

She took a deep breath and released it in a long, contented sigh. The evening had gone even better than she'd planned. She smiled and let her eyes drift shut, enjoying the warmth of his body beside her and the bone-deep satisfaction coursing through her limbs.
no subject
"Don't ever let anybody say you're not the best," he murmured as he rested his head on her shoulder. "They're lying."
no subject
She stroked his hand lightly with her fingertips. "I love you so much. Wanted this to be the best Valentines Day for you."
no subject
"Better than just a plain ole holiday day. Best day of existing ever. Got you, a new jacket, more you, chocolate with cannoli filling, you underneath me, good food, you getting loud, lots of special thing."
no subject
"Like your gifts?"
no subject
Pulling what energy he could to unjelly his spine, Longshot shifted himself half onto his wife. He looked down at her. "Not nearly as much as I do you, but nothing's ever gonna get that high."
Then he kissed her softly and undemanding.
no subject
"You always make me feel so special," she murmured against his lips. "I wanted to share that feeling with you."
no subject
"You do," he whispered before he kissed her softly again. "Every morning I wake with you beside me, you do."
After losing so much, having one woman brave all his craziness and love him everyday was the biggest thing in his life. Something he would eternally be grateful for. But sometimes words weren't enough. So he let his lips express it in a gentler way.

Her hands wandered over his sides and shoulders gently. She sank happily into his kiss and pulled him close. She could happily spend the rest of the night just kissing him and touching his skin.

He continued to lavish attention on Alison's neck right up until his stomach growled. He winced a little. She probably felt that, too. "Huh. Satisfy one hunger and get the other one back..."
no subject
She looked around for where the dishes and his box of chocolate went. "Whatcha hungry for now?"
no subject
And when he was full, he would want his wife again. But he had just been pretty... vigorous. So maybe getting his bag of chocolate up here might be an idea. Miyuki and Robbie probably weren't going to show up for awhile because Makoto had mentioned something about working off sugar highs and night lessons.
That meant he didn't have to get dressed! Yay! He squirmed a little on top of Alison. He wanted to get eating already.
no subject
Where did he get all that energy from anyway?
no subject
"Any time. As much as I want. Wherever I want in a big, empty castle." He nodded. Then he looked around for the box of chocolate. Ah ha! He snagged it and dragged it over.
