The recent memory involved forcefulness and thoughtlessness. That wasn't a combination that happened very often for Longshot and Alison. Usually there were outside influences involved.

At the moment, Alison was experiencing the fun kind of thoughtlessness. The kind where thought is rendered impossible because of what her husband's fingers were doing. He was definitely on the road to achieving his goal.
