Alison laughed and nodded. "Oranges go good with anything. You can have that if you want it. Want me to peel it for you while the pasta heats up?"

She slipped the pasta into the microwave and set it for a couple of minutes. Then she took a seat at the table and settled him lightly in her lap.

Why put him down when he was so much fun to hold and cuddle?
